Architect

Location: Central Manchester
Contract: 10 months, inside IR35

We're seeking an ARB-registered Architect to join a Manchester team delivering industrial and manufacturing facilities. You'll support the design process from concept through detailed design, coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Requirements:

– ARB-registered

– Emphasis on RIBA Stages 2-4

– Experience with industrial/large-scale projects

– Strong Revit and BIM Level 2 skills

– Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

– Team player, organised, and detail-focused

– Hold security clearance, or willing to be obtained
