Traffic Marshal – Rochester

We are currently looking for an experienced Traffic Marshal to join our team on a busy construction project based in Rochester.

Job details:

Role: Traffic Marshal / Banksman

Location: Rochester, Kent

Duration: 1 month.

Start date: 9/9/2025

Pay: £17 per hour umbrella PAYE

Duties include:

Directing and guiding vehicles and plant around site

Ensuring safe movement of traffic and machinery

Assisting with site deliveries

General labouring duties as required

Maintaining health & safety standards on site

Requirements:

Valid NPORS or CPCS 

Valid CSCS card

Previous experience working on construction sites

PPE (hard hat, boots, hi-vis)

Reliability and good communication skills
