Planner

Planner required for an award winning contractor operating across the construction sector. As a Planner you'll join an established well regarded planning team and work on live projects and tenders in the education, health and leisure sectors. Due to more work wins, to an already strong order book, they are looking to recruit a high calibre Planner to work out of their North West office. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction planner to really learn and develop as a planner with a very well regarded company and planning team.
The Role
Produce of schedules as well as obtain and analyse quotes for all time-related preliminaries.
Monitor and record progress on site
Evaluate scope changes, cost trends, additional work orders and other elements
Prepare and review analytical programmes for a given project to be used within the tender submission
Develop project schedules and or preliminary cost estimates
Evaluate scope changes, cost trends, additional work orders and other elements.
About you.
Have a demonstrable background in construction ideally with some experience in planning
Previous contractor experience in a site or planning related role.
Have a strong understand of construction methods
Be competent in using planning software.
Be looking to grow as a planner
