Associate Building Surveyor

The Role: Due to growth plans, they are looking to bring in an ambitious Associate Building Surveyor to join their Central London team!
This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join a well-established and social team, who can take responsibility for a number of projects acting as the sole contact with each client as well as provide support to the existing team in the delivery of projects.
The ideal candidate will be client facing with experience leading & managing teams throughout the whole project lifecycle from inception to completion. Average project values range from £3M – £5M.

Requirements for the Associate Building Surveyor:
* 8+ years’ experience with a UK based property / construction consultancy (ideally)
* MRICS chartered (essential)
* Party Wall & Technical Due Diligence experience
* JCT Contract Administration experience
* Experience across multiple of their listed sectors (ideally)
* A strategic thinker with commitment to maintaining high standards of practice
* Management of multi-disciplinary teams
* Fee management & billing experience
