CDM Consultant

A dynamic and leading multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a CDM Principal Designer to join their expanding design safety team. They have a great support network, which has been proven to accelerate careers of ambitious CDM Principal Designers.

Because of their fast yet steady track record for growth, you will enjoy opportunities to lead on projects whilst drawing on the experience of more experienced Consultants. They have a hybrid work policy which will see you work from their beautiful London city office twice a week.

The CDM Consultant's role

The CDM Consultant will deliver Principal Designer duties and provide CDM Client Advisory, whilst working closely with architects, designers, and contractors. You will attend meetings, review health and safety documentation, and contribute to design risk assessments.

The CDM Consultant will have

Minimum 3 year of experience in a CDM Consultant or related Principal Designer role (required)
NEBOSH Construction Certificate (required)
TechIOSH (minimum)
Associate of Project Safety (APS) Membership (preffered)
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction-related discipline (preferred)
Good knowledge of CDM 2015 Regulations
Able to learn quickly and adapt within a fast-paced project environment
Strong communication and organisational skillsIn Return?

£45,000 – £55,000
