This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a respected consultancy in Leeds delivering construction projects throughout Yorkshire. The Project Manager will take a hands-on role in delivering residential, healthcare, and education sector schemes ranging from £5m to £50m.

The role is ideal for a Project Manager with a proactive approach who enjoys working across multiple sectors. As a Project Manager, you'll work alongside senior leadership with strong mentorship and a clear development pathway.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will manage projects through RIBA stages, ensure contract compliance, and engage with clients, contractors and consultants throughout delivery.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in construction, engineering or surveying

MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB preferred or working towards

Proven consultancy experience managing end-to-end delivery

Strong communication, stakeholder and reporting skills

Good understanding of contract management

£45,000 – £58,000 per annum
