The Junior Project Manager's role

As a Junior Project Manager, you will support the delivery of projects across residential, healthcare, and commercial sectors. You'll assist in coordinating internal and external teams, attending meetings, preparing documentation, and ensuring projects are aligned to client expectations and budgets.

You will be encouraged to progress toward chartership and will receive mentoring from experienced professionals across the business.

The Junior Project Manager

Degree in a construction-related discipline (e.g. Project Management, Construction Management)

1-2 years' experience within a consultancy or client-side environment

Interest in becoming chartered (APM, RICS, CIOB)

Strong written and verbal communication

Proactive and able to manage competing priorities
