Senior Project Manager

A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy in Sheffield is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their expanding regional office. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll work closely with a diverse range of clients across Yorkshire, managing schemes from feasibility to completion. The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will lead project delivery, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure all works are completed to a high standard. You will liaise directly with clients, producing reports, programmes, and managing stakeholder expectations.

The Senior Project Manager

Degree in Project Management, Surveying, or similar

Chartered or working towards (e.g. RICS, APM, CIOB)

Strong background in construction project delivery

Previous consultancy experience ideal

Excellent report writing and communication skills
