Project Manager

We’re working with a dynamic and well-established fit-out contractor based in London seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead exciting new projects across the capital. With a strong pipeline of high-spec commercial, retail, and office interiors, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a growing business.

The Role

End-to-end project management from pre-construction to handover

*

Managing site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Client liaison and progress reporting

*

Ensuring health & safety, programme adherence, and quality standards

*

Budget control and cost reporting

*

Overseeing multiple projects (typically £500k–£5m)

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience in fit-out/refurbishment project management (CAT A, CAT B)

*

Strong knowledge of construction processes and commercial interiors

*

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders under pressure

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certified

*

Right to work in the UK
