About the Role

Project Scope: Responsible for overseeing a modern, commercial vehicle garage build—which includes structural, architectural, and mechanical works—through to handover.

Leadership Role: You’ll be the lead site manager, ensuring top-tier quality control, safety adherence, and programme delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations and delivery on site.

Essential Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial new-build projects.

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications—all mandatory.

Strong technical, leadership, and communication skills.
