M&E Quantity Surveyor

Time 4 Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent M&E Quantity Surveyor Surveyor in New Royston – North Homes Counties – to join a well-established, high professional Painting and Decorating company who specialise in both internal and external coating applications for commercial and residential

As M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be working mainly out of their Royston – and their North London Branch , and working with a variety of commercial and residential clients including properties including modern offices, grade listed properties, public spaces and high-end residential properties.

As M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with a client who has a core focus on Quality service and Customer satisfaction and able to carry out work in Royston and the surrounding areas. You will be required on occasion to travel & stay overnight when visiting clients.

Essential Criteria for this role :

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management

• Experienced M&E background

• Able to price general build projects

• Full Driving Licence

• Strong commercial awareness and cost control abilities

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and reporting skills

• Proficiency with measurement software and MS Excel

Desirable Criteria

• Experience working with local authorities, housing associations, or public sector clients is desirable

* Excellent Salary £55k to £60k per annum dependant on experience and qualifications.
