Site Manager – Care Home Project
📍 York | 🕒 11-Month Contract
Linsco Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a three-storey traditional build care home in York. The project is currently at first floor stage with approximately 11 months remaining until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of site operations and subcontractors.
Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Monitoring progress, quality, and health & safety standards.
Managing client relationships and providing regular updates.
Overseeing inspections, snagging, and handovers.
Requirements:
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (essential).
Previous experience managing traditional build projects (ideally care homes or residential schemes).
Strong knowledge of H&S and compliance.
