Quantity Surveyor

An international cost management consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor with commercial project experience to join their impressive London office.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working alongside blue-chip, high profile clients on commercial CAT A and CAT B fit out projects across the City.

Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor shall primarily carry out pre contract services, whilst assisting on large scale post contract projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar

* Working towards MRICS (if not already achieved)

* Cat A and/or Cat B fit out project experience

* Good pre and post cost management knowledge

* Previous experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
