Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A professional Quantity Surveying consultancy are seeking a bright and professional Assistant Quantity Surveyor, or Graduate Quantity Surveyor seeking a step up, to join their team-focused, north London office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work across a myriad of project sectors including mixed-use, retail, residential, and life sciences – ensuring you are never pigeonholed.

The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will primarily, and initially, begin by supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor’s and Directors with pre and post contract tasks such as carrying out take offs, valuations and producing estimates.

Over time, you will be given your own projects to manage from inception to completion.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

* BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying

* Minimum of 12 months quantity surveying experience

* Either a Graduate QS seeking a step up, or currently an Assistant QS

* Looking to achieve MRICS

* Basic pre and post contract experience
