CDM Advisor – Estates & Health & Safety

💼 Permanent | Salary from £55-65,000+ (Negotiable)
📍 Remote (UK-based) | London office fortnightly (during client secondment) | Weekly visits to Portsmouth or Monmouth thereafter

We’re seeking an experienced CDM Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis, initially seconded to one of our major clients. You’ll provide expert advice on CDM Regulations, estates compliance, and fire safety across both operational premises and construction/refurbishment projects.

What you’ll be doing:

Advise on client duties under CDM 2015 and contractor compliance.

Support estates and project teams with fire safety, building regs, and Building Safety Act requirements.

Review project proposals and ensure regulatory compliance.

*

Work closely with Principal Designers, Principal Contractors, and senior stakeholders.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in CDM/H&S/Estates compliance.

*

Strong knowledge of CDM 2015 & fire safety regulations.

*

Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.

*

Able to obtain NPPV2 clearance (we will support this).
