Process Review/Design Specialist – Estates & TFM

💼 Permanent | £60,000 – £65,000 (DOE)
📍 Remote (UK-based) | London office fortnightly (during client secondment) | Weekly visits to Portsmouth or Monmouth thereafter

We’re looking for an experienced Process Review/Design Specialist to join our team on a permanent basis, initially seconded to a major client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on process optimisation, estates/TFM improvement, and driving efficiency across large-scale operations.

What you’ll be doing:

Review existing Estates processes and procedures, identifying opportunities to standardise and improve.

Lead workshops, meetings, and Teams sessions with Estates personnel to capture the “as is” position and define future improvements.

*

Produce clear, professional process maps and documentation for review and rollout.

*

Apply LEAN methodologies to improve Estates/TFM operations.

*

Support critical design reviews, identifying risks/issues and driving resolutions.

*

Monitor construction project phases, from factory/site acceptance tests to commissioning, snagging, and Take Over.

*

Manage defect processes and ensure non-conformances are identified, escalated, and resolved.

What we’re looking for:

*

Background in process review within Estates or TFM.

*

Ideally LEAN qualified (or significant demonstrable experience).

*

Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

*

Detail-oriented with excellent process documentation ability.

*

Able to obtain NPPV2 clearance (we will support this).
