Design Manager

Elliot Scott Group are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor who are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join their Bristol team.

Role Overview

Manage the full design process from tender to delivery.

*

Coordinate architects, consultants, and subcontractors.

*

Ensure designs meet DfE output specifications and building regulations.

*

Lead design workshops and technical reviews.

*

Identify risks and provide practical, cost-effective solutions.

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Design Manager within main contracting.

*

Experience working with DfE frameworks is highly desirable.

*

Exposure to CF17 schemes would be an advantage (not essential).

*

Tier 1 contractor experience preferred.

*

Strong technical knowledge and communication skills.
