Installation Site Supervisor (SMSTS REQUIRED) – Office Furniture Fit-Out Company (Basildon)

A well-established and rapidly growing office furniture fit-out company based in Basildon is seeking an Installation Site Supervisor (SMSTS REQUIRED) to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, expanding business, with excellent long-term prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and overseeing installation teams on-site, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
Carrying out office furniture installations alongside the team – leading by example.
Coordinating tasks to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Acting as the main point of contact on-site for both the client and the company.
Maintaining excellent customer service and professionalism throughout each project.The Ideal Candidate:

SMSTS – essential.
Previous experience in installations or fitting (office furniture experience preferred but not essential).
CSCS card – essential.
Driving licence – desirable but not essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee a team while working hands-on.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Willingness to work 10-hour shifts with flexibility for project demands.Additional Information:

Start time: 6:00am (from the warehouse).
Pay: £15.00 per hour (paid from leaving the warehouse to returning).
Hours: Guaranteed 10 hours per day.
Days: Monday to Friday, with potential weekend overtime available.
Most jobs are local or within a 2-hour radius of the depot.
