Assistant Site Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a dynamic team working on a brand-new housing development in Cambridgeshire.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. From coordinating subcontractors and managing materials to monitoring build quality, inspections, and snagging, you’ll be a key part of driving site operations. You’ll also support customer-facing activities, helping to deliver homes and communities to be proud of.
Key responsibilities:

Supporting the Site Manager in day-to-day site activities
*
Ensuring full site compliance with health and safety regulations
*
Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and materials
*
Carrying out site inspections, snagging, and quality checks
*
Contributing to excellent customer service throughout the build process
What we’re looking for:
*
Previous site-based experience within residential construction
*
Knowledge of health & safety and building regulations
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
CSCS card and relevant site safety qualifications (or working towards)
