Digital Construction Coordinator

What we’re looking for:
* Experience with Procore software (a real advantage)
* Construction site background (e.g. site management, H&S, quality, document control)
* Passion for digital tools and how they can transform construction
* An innovative, proactive approach — someone who spots solutions before problems
* Confident leading training sessions, both one-to-one and in groups
* IT qualification a bonus, but not essential
What you’ll be doing:
* Reviewing how Procore is used across the business and finding ways to improve it
* Training new users and running online/in-person training sessions
* Providing ongoing Procore support to the team
* Identifying opportunities where technology can add value
* Researching and trialing new digital tools to keep the business ahead
