A leading UK housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a prestigious luxury new build development in Windsor. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the externals on a high-quality project and play a key role in delivering a standout scheme.

The Role:

Manage all external works packages on site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery.
Oversee subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to drive the project forward.
Maintain strong health & safety culture and site compliance.
Ensure exceptional standards are upheld in line with the company's reputation for luxury housing.Requirements:

Proven track record as a Site Manager with major housebuilders or developers.
Strong externals experience (roads, drainage, landscaping, groundworks, etc.).
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Solid understanding of NHBC standards and health & safety requirements.Package:

Salary up to £64,000 (depending on experience)
