We’re recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading housebuilders and regeneration specialists, for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high-profile Canalside project in Oxford North.

This is an exciting opportunity to take commercial lead on a major £90m, 317-unit RC frame residential scheme, managing cost and value across the lifecycle of the project and leading a small but capable team of Quantity Surveyors.

The Role:

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be pivotal in driving the commercial success of the Canalside project. You’ll oversee all aspects of cost control, contract administration, procurement, and risk management – ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget.

You’ll also have two Quantity Surveyors reporting into you, so leadership and mentorship are key parts of this role.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven experience as a QS or Senior QS on large-scale residential schemes

* Strong background in RC Frame and mixed-use/apartment developments

* Excellent understanding of JCT contracts and procurement processes

* Experience managing or mentoring junior QS staff

* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
