Quantity Surveyor

We are on the lookout for a Quantity Surveyor who also holds some experience in Project Managament to join a high end residential construction firm in London.

We're looking for someone who would be comfortable with both QS and PMing, giving direction to the trades to complete the job to a high standard. 2+ Years in both roles would be ideal, and even better if they've worked on site before.

The successful candidate will be joining the companies aftercare department working on projects up to £1m.

The size of the project will all dependant on which client it is for – Could be a leaking tap or a whole kitchen refurb (depends on the client).
