Site Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a cladding package on a major new build project in the heart of Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role on a high-profile development.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of the cladding package.

*

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to achieve project milestones.

*

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with health & safety standards.

*

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and the wider site team to ensure smooth delivery.

*

Provide clear leadership on-site, maintaining a productive and collaborative working environment.

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on large construction projects.

*

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

*

A background in construction management (cladding experience beneficial but not essential).

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

*

A commitment to high standards of health & safety and quality.

Requirements

*

Valid SMSTS (or equivalent) certification.

*

CSCS card.

*

First Aid at Work (preferred).
