About the Technical Coordinator role

Repositing to the Technical Manager of the Design Manager, to coordinate external design consultants, obtaining building control approvals and discharging planning conditions, ensuring mains services are procured, ensure that working drawings are in accordance with the approved planning scheme and ensure discharge of planning conditions.

Requirements for a Technical Coordinator

* Good Technical knowledge of both house and flat construction

* The ability to get on with people together with communication, meeting and management skills essential in dealing with multi-disciplinary teams

* Ability to recognise problems and deal with them in a fast and effective manner
