Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out
London-Based | £85,000 + Travel + Commission + 2 WFH Days + Lunch Allowance

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a proven track record in commercial interiors to join their growing UK team. You’ll be leading high-profile fit out projects, working alongside an international team of architects, designers, engineers, and contractors to deliver exceptional office, retail, and hospitality spaces for global clients.

What You’ll Do

Lead multiple commercial fit out projects (office, retail, and hospitality)

*

Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

*

Oversee the full project lifecycle: from concept, planning, and procurement to execution and handover.

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

*

Manage risk, resources, timelines, and cost reporting.

*

Foster strong client relationships and drive repeat business through exceptional delivery.

What You’ll Bring

*

Minimum 7 years' experience in project management within commercial interiors/fit out.

*

Proven experience managing high-value projects (£1M+) across office, retail, or hospitality sectors.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*

A proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.

*

Fluency in English.
