Site Manager

The Company:

I’m working with a well-established, family-owned contractor who due to growth and a number of schemes set to start on site, have asked us to source a Site Manager to join their team.

They have established an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, retail, and leisure schemes nationwide. A significant proportion of their work is framework-led, with the majority of projects secured through long-standing partnerships and repeat business from valued clients.

The Role:

They are now in a position to recruit a Site Manager to work on a Design and Build leisure scheme. The job is set to last 40-50 weeks from commencement to completion.

They are looking to meet with local individuals who have experience working as a Site Manager for a main contractor. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of JCT contracts and a successful track record of delivering Design & Build schemes similar to those mentioned above.
