Position: Site Manager/Senior Site Manager/Project Manager (6 month contract)

* Start date: Start of October 2025

* About our Client: Our client designs makes and delivers safe, civil and low-carbon affordable homes for people in housing need (privately owned)

* Development location: Salisbury, Wiltshire

* About the development: ‘new build’ housing development building 7 low-carbon affordable homes

* Working arrangements: On-site Site Manager or Senior Site Manager/Project Manager

* Duration: Initially a 6 month contract with scope for further work/employment

Site Manager/Senior Site Manager/Project Manager – About the role:

Site Manager or Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, working on a ‘new build’ housing development building 7 low-carbon affordable homes. Responsible for delivery of a new housing development to the highest standard of safety and quality, within the construction budget and construction programme.

Project Manager – About you:

You will be an experienced Site Manager/Senior Site Manager/Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a regional developer/contractor or national PLC developer; with a focus on building the highest quality homes.

* Demonstrable track record of residential house building site management

* Professional Qualification to an appropriate level

* Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients

* Self-motivated and proactive

* Attention to detail

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail

* First Aid Trained

* SMSTS Qualified
