We supply candidates from operative to executive level and are currently working with a social housing building & maintenance contractor, who are looking for a Clerk of Works covering Bristol to The Midlands area.

Day to Day:
Working on a social housing contract, carrying out stock condition surveys on housing association properties.

Job role:

Visiting properties on an appointment basis
Carrying out an inspection and writing a report
Inputting information into an app with photos
IT literateRequirements (Skills & Qualifications):

Strong background in building and maintenance
Ability to identify property defects and upgrades required
Ability to advise on property matters including damp
