Work alongside colleagues to develop success for both the business and clients
Provide support and experience to ensure the delivery projects
Develop technical solutions from project briefs that comply with the RIBA Plan of Work
Undertake project and client meetings, alongside collaborating with clients and contractors
Produce designs that comply with UK building regulations and engage in project reviewsSkills and experience for the role of Technical Architect:

ARB registered
Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience working on projects within the residential sector
Experience working from planning, tender, and site stages
Strong technical and design skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
