Assistant Customer Service Manager – New Build Housing

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with an award winning regional housing developer, who are currently on the look out for an Assistant Customer Service Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their Sheffield office. As an Assistant Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Manager in leading the busy department, overseeing operatives and contractors. This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to make the step up in their customer service career and prove their leadership abilities.

What are we looking for?

* Prior, proven experience working as a Customer Care Co-ordinator for a new build housing developer

* A positive can-do attitude to lead a team and increase productivity and customer service scores

* Ability to handle complex complaints, with dis-satisfied customers.

* Good time management and administration skills with booking out operatives and updating maintenance logs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading the customer service team in managing warranty claims and completing maintenance works in line with the relevant standards and requirements.

* As part of the customer service management team, you will be key to investigating and resolving customer complaints and escalations.

* Industry leading Customer Satisfaction – very satisfied responses to HBF surveys, 5* Trustpilot etc.

* Completion of handover issues and latent defects within requirements of Consumer Code or client contract

* Achieve making good defects certificates and retention release effectively and efficiently

* Development of an effective and efficient customer service coordinator team.
