Project Manager
A Manchester-based construction consultancy is seeking a professional Project Manager to join their expanding project management team. This opportunity suits a Project Manager who has experience working across commercial, education and healthcare schemes and is ready to manage projects independently.
The Project Manager will lead on key developments from inception to completion, collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring delivery aligns with agreed milestones and budgets. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager looking to grow within a forward-thinking consultancy.
The Project Manager's Role
The Project Manager will oversee construction projects through feasibility, planning and delivery, using their technical and leadership skills to ensure successful outcomes.
The Project Manager
Construction or built environment degree
Chartered or progressing towards chartership (RICS, CIOB, APM)
Minimum 3 years' consultancy experience
Knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and report writing
