Senior Quantity Surveyor

Due to an increase in workload within their Water sector, our client, a top Utiility Contractor in the UK have the need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support works which include Water Treatment works, Pumping Station Upgrades and Mains Replacements.

Based from their offices near Reading, daily duties will include Populating Monthly report (CVR / DES) – Submitting client AFP – Carry out project procurement – Populating Costs Forecast – Assess supply chain AFP and compiling final account – Costs control and driving up value – Mitigating project risks – Maximising cash collection – Commercial Administration of the project.

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have Water experience gained within the Main Contracting environment.

In return, a top day rate is on offer along with an immediate start and minimum 3 month contract which is likely to be extended into 2026!
