Firestopping Product Manager

Your Future Team: Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will join a collaborative team focused on developing product propositions that drive growth, profitability, and a sustainable competitive edge across our HVAC and Fire Protection portfolio. Our team is dedicated to optimising efficiency and delivering products that support long-term business success. What you will be doing: • Supporting and deputising for the Head of Product Management by shaping strategy and defining measurable KPIs • Leading and coordinating the Product Management Team to ensure alignment and timely delivery of key projects • Managing a diverse product portfolio to drive market share growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction • Building strong relationships with customers and gathering market insights to foster customer-focused innovation • Collaborating with commercial and finance teams to develop, price, and position products according to market needs and opportunities • Overseeing product compliance with regulations and company practices, ensuring all product information is accurate and current (CCPI) • Preparing compelling value propositions and sales collateral, and supporting training for commercial teams • Monitoring team and product performance to ensure activities meet commercial targets and align with high standards What you bring: • A proven track record as a Senior Product Manager, with experience managing diverse product or service portfolios and leading teams • Experience in R&D, product development, or technical environments (experience in Fire-stopping, Fire Protection, or HVAC is a plus) • The ability to develop product strategies, create roadmaps, and deliver projects effectively • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel • Excellent attention to detail and experience managing budgets • Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Confidence in preparing technical content and business collateral, with proficiency in PowerPoint What we offer: • Competitive Salary • 30 days annual leave + Bank Holidays • Company bonus scheme • Company Pension Scheme (Aviva) • Westfield Health Cashback Scheme • Life Assurance X3 annual salary • Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme • Subsidised electric vehicle charging facilities
