The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship £35m refurbishment and cut & carve scheme in Mayfair. The project includes a Cat A fit-out and a new rooftop extension across 60,000 sq ft.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale refurbishment or fit-out projects.

Strong commercial and contract management skills.

Ability to work within a busy Tier 1 contractor environment.
