I am currently seeking an experienced Groundworks Manager to join a growing team, working across a variety of residential and main contracting sites throughout Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and driven individual with a strong background in groundworks to take on a key leadership role within a well-established and reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage groundworks operations across multiple sites
*
Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to ensure smooth site progression
*
Maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and site compliance
*
Work closely with clients, project managers, and the wider site team to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
*
Conduct regular site inspections and manage reporting/documentation as required
Requirements:
*
Proven experience in a groundworks management or supervisory role
*
Strong knowledge of groundwork processes including drainage, foundations, and infrastructure works
*
Valid SMSTS or SSSTS certification – essential
*
Full UK Driving Licence
*
Excellent communication and leadership skills
*
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
