TRIbuild Solutions are seeking with Sustainable Solutions Company, part of the And seeking a Residential Liaison Officer to join our team on an exciting residential project in Tooting.

The Role

As a Residential Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents and the project team, ensuring communication is clear, transparent, and professional throughout. You will support residents through the project lifecycle, address queries and concerns, and help maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Building and maintaining strong relationships with residents.

Coordinating resident communications, including letters, newsletters, and meetings.

Managing enquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Supporting the project team in delivering works with minimal disruption to residents.

Ensuring compliance with resident engagement requirements and best practices.

About You

Previous experience in a Resident Liaison Officer or similar customer-focused role within construction or housing.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage sensitive issues with empathy and professionalism.

Organised, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
