Our client is looking for a skilled Project Surveyor to join their Asset Management team. You'll lead refurbishment projects across a varied housing portfolio-ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver surveying, design, and contract administration services
Manage refurbishment projects from planning to completion
Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Ensure compliance with planning and safety regulations
Oversee procurement and contractor performance

Qualified surveyor or equivalent experience
Strong background in refurbishment and project delivery
Knowledge of CDM, asbestos, fire, and building safety regs
Excellent organisation, communication, and stakeholder skills
Commercially aware with good financial acumen
Full driving licence and access to transport required
