Site Engineer

Ashley Services are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Engineer to be based on a prison in the West London area, carrying out essential maintenance and plant replacement works across multiple plant rooms.

The role will involve hands-on mechanical work, planning and organising shutdowns, liaising with site staff to arrange access, and ensuring projects are delivered to completion.

What we’re looking for:

Strong mechanical engineering background with plant room experience

Hands-on skills in repair, replacement, and maintenance of plant systems

Organised approach to planning shutdowns and coordinating access

*

Ability to manage works from start to finish with attention to detail

*

Valid Enhanced DBS clearance (essential for secure site access)
