Senior Quantity Surveyor

I am currently representing a main contractor who are currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor. They are looking for someone with the drive, ambition and determination who will be looking to progress in the future in line with the Regions expansion.

THE COMPANY: My client are a forward thinking contractor with a turnover in excess of £150m. They pride themselves on being able to deliver the more interesting and challenging projects valued to £15million. Their extensive portfolio of completed schemes spans a wide range of sectors including cutting edge carbon free buildings, Defence, Education, Commercial, Leisure and these have been secured using a diverse range of procurement methods including substantial repeat business methods due to their non-confrontational approach.

PROJECT: £7million 2 stage new build and refurbishment project based in Southampton. As well as delivering this project you will also be involved with building up your own costs, prices and early works orders.

Previous exposure to 2 stage tenders would be advantageous.
