Salary: €110,000 – €120,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Living Allowance
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the planning, execution, and delivery of a hyperscale data centre project from start to finish. You will oversee cross-disciplinary teams, ensuring time, cost, quality, and safety targets are met while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
This is a rotational role, offering accommodation, travel, and living allowances while working on one of Europe’s most advanced construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution strategy for the project, ensuring objectives are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
* Manage and motivate multidisciplinary project teams, driving collaboration and high performance.
* Direct and oversee project setup, implementing robust reporting, meeting schedules, and documentation.
* Engage continuously with clients and design teams to align expectations and project delivery.
* Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are strictly adhered to across all works.
* Oversee and report on project labour management, commissioning activities, and overall performance metrics.
* Monitor project costs, scope, and timescales to maintain budgetary and contractual compliance.
* Drive quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring all targets are achieved or exceeded.
* Act as the key point of contact for client satisfaction, providing transparent communication and reporting.
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues quickly to maintain project momentum.
* Deliver comprehensive progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
* Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally within data centres, MEP, or mission-critical projects.
* Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and CSA elements in large-scale builds.
* Proven track record of managing large installation projects from inception through to handover.
* Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* EU passport or right to work in the Netherlands required.
