Customer Support Manager
I’m working with a prestigious 5-star national housebuilder, recognised as one of the best in Scotland, to recruit a Customer Support Manager for their West Central Scotland region.
This role isn’t just an inspector position – it’s a key part of the management team. I’m looking to speak with someone who combines excellent customer service skills with strong technical knowledge of NHBC standards and defect management.
The Role:

Visiting clients to identify and assess reported defects
*
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality remedial works
*
Managing cost recovery processes where required
*
Representing the Customer Care function as part of the wider management team
*
Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and company procedures
*
Building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues across the business
