Mechanical Project Manager

We’re looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the Management Team of a residential and commercial focussed Mechanical-only Building Services Sub Contractor located in London. Our Client is medium-sized and employ about 140 people. Projects typically have a Mechanical Building Services value from approx. £2m to £12m.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will lead the day-to-day management on your project. Our client is looking for someone level-headed and intelligent, who can build relationships and get the best out of people in a positive way.

Our client is a -medium sized contractor we know well, established over 30 years. They specialise in the residential and commercial sector and have an excellent name. Projects are mostly London based, they are looking for someone who can get into central London but are good at placing people according to where they live. This position has come about due to a sustained increase in work.

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with Residential and commercial experience who enjoys what they do professionally. You should have appropriate qualifications and experience in Mechanical Building Services Management, a current valid CSCS card and solid, stable experience managing Mechanical installations for a mechanical sub-contractor.
