The Role
The contractor is seeking Contracts Manager to obersee multiple fire door installtion contracts, with sites in London, Home Counties and the Southcoast.You will oversee the delivery of fire door installtion packages, primarily working with local council authorties and housing associations on residential refurbishment projects. This role is offers hybrid working, typically working from home (1 day), site visits (2 days) and office based (2 days).
Responsibilities:

Lead and manage full project lifecycle—from planning through to final handover.

Maintain strict compliance with fire safety regulations and FIRAS standards.
*
Liaisie effectively with clients.
*
Monitor budgets, timelines, and resources; escalate issues and mitigate risks proactively.
*
Report on project progress, commercial performance, and compliance status as needed.
Your Profile:
* Proven experience in managing multiple passive fire protection projects concurrently.
*
Strong technical knowledge of fire door systems.
*
Flexibile attitude towards travel.
*
Client facing individual who can liaise with local council authorities and housing associations.
*
FIRAS qualification or equivalent accreditation highly desirable.
*
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
*
Capable project and budget management proficiency.

Salary: £60,000–£70,000 per annum
