Site Manager
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a hospital construction project in Bournemouth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Health & Safety, expertise in producing Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS), and preferably experience in NHS or hospital build works.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring project milestones are met
Implement and monitor Health & Safety protocols
Produce and manage RAMS documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
Ensure compliance with NHS/hospital build standards (if applicable)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction
In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Proficiency in creating and managing RAMS
Experience in NHS or hospital construction projects (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS)
