We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Architect to join a multidisciplinary office based in Oxford. This is an opportunity to be part of a practice where design integrity, collaboration and innovation shape every project that they deliver.

They have a diverse portfolio, with the successful Senior Architect working on a range of Education, Residential, Healthcare and Public Projects. Each project is approached with a commitment to sustainability, creativity and quality. In total our client have around 40 members of staff, working collaboratively across their respective disciplines. Our client are Revit using, so strong experience with the software is required. Our client requires an Architect with strong experience across all RIBA Stages. They are receptive in their search, so Architects who are progressive and seeking a Senior role in the future will also be considered for this position.

The successful candidate will take a leading role in projects, working closely with clients, consultants and stakeholders to deliver architecture of substance and beauty. You'll find a supportive, design-focused environment where ideas are valued and where your contribution will shape both our projects and their studio culture. Our client work with a number of prestigious clients, allowing the successful Senior Architect to work on a range of meaningful projects.

Competitive salary (£45,000 – £55,000 DOE)

Senior Architect Job Overview

Develop and produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit, BIM and occasionally AutoCAD
Work across all RIBA Stages on a variety of projects in different sectors
Competence in production of drawings for Building Regulations submission
Preparation of planning applications
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards and sustainability practices
Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Comfortable presenting both feasibility and technical design detail to client groups and associated project stakeholders
Integrating with the London architectural team and developing common standards across offices
Procurement of materials, products, and finishes, collaborating with the production of NBS specifications.
Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project progress and resolve technical issues, producing construction details where required
Create 3D visualizations, renders and presentations

Senior Architect Job Requirements

3 years' experience working as an Architect
Up to date knowledge of Building Regulations
Good knowledge of Revit
Live within a commutable distance of Oxford
ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect
