Quantity Surveyor – Fitout Contractor – Central London

Our client are a leading Fitout Contractor that are looking for an experienced and established Quantity Surveyor to join their team delivering multiple prestigious office fitouts within Central London.

Are you seeking variety in your projects and the opportunity to step up into a senior position?

You’ll oversee 1-2 live projects, managing all commercial and contractual responsibilities. Reporting to the Director, you’ll produce cost reports, valuations, reconciliations and forecasts, as well as administering subcontract valuations and payments – ensuring robust financial and project performance.
