We’re working with a highly flexible RBCA client that’s actively seeking Registered Building Inspector (RBI) support across the Southeast. With growing demand and a collaborative approach to service delivery, they’re offering a unique opportunity for Building Control professionals who want to work on their own terms.

Whether you're topping up your existing workload, seeking ad hoc work alongside a permanent role, or just have the capacity to pick up some extra work, this role offers genuine flexibility without compromising on quality or professionalism.

The Role

You’ll provide a mix of site inspections, plan checking, or a combination of both – depending on your preferences and availability. The workload can flex around what you’re able to offer:

· 1–2 site inspections per week (or more)

· Remote plan checking

· Ad hoc support across both disciplines

This role is ideal for RBIs who value autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to stay active in the industry without committing to a full-time position.
