Site Supervisor

As a Site Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of highways works on site. You will ensure that safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained while coordinating operatives and subcontractors to deliver works on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

*

Supervise and coordinate site activities on live highways projects

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies

*

Manage operatives, subcontractors, plant, and materials

*

Monitor progress and quality of works, reporting to the Site Agent/Manager

*

Maintain accurate site records and documentation

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in highways or civil engineering

*

Valid CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS certificate

*

Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and CDM

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills

*

NRSWA accreditation desirable
