Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in the Central London office.

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will deliver a full range of professional and project-based surveying services across commercial, education, residential and heritage sectors covering Oxford and the surrounding areas

Senior Building Surveyor – Salary & Benefits

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 (dependent on experience)
Discretionary annual bonus
Hyrbird working (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
25 days Holiday + birthday off + full Christmas shutdown

Senior Building Surveyor – Job Overview

Condition surveys, defect diagnosis, dilapidations
Project delivery including refurbishments, fit-outs, and capital works
Contract administration and specification writing

Collaboration with wider teams on integrated project delivery

Senior Building Surveyor – Job Requirements

3-5+ years' post-qualification experience
MRICS qualified (Highly Advantageous)
Strong experience across professional and project services
Skilled in contract administration and client reporting
Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)
Based within commuting distance of Central London
